Upcoming Webinar: “Managing Motherhood in the Workplace: Employers' Obligations Under the ADA, PDA, and FMLA”

The Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act have forced employers to carefully consider employees’ requests for leave and/or accommodation stemming from a variety of health concerns. When the basis for the request stems from pregnancy or the birth of a child, Employers must also consider obligations under the Pregnancy Discrimination Act. Maneuvering these intersecting obligations as a result of the interplay between these laws can be complicated. This webinar will highlight when each law is triggered, what obligations employers have and discuss best practices for dealing with leave or accommodation requests by pregnant workers.
