Wade R. Hauser, III was born in Washington, Iowa. He has two degrees
in Economics from Iowa State University (Bachelor of Science 1973; Master of Science 1976). He is an honors graduate
of the University of Iowa Law School and was Editor in Chief of the Iowa Law Review, 1980-81. He received the Iowa
State Bar Association Certificate of Merit in 1981.
Prior to joining the Firm in 1982, he was law clerk to Honorable W. W. Reynoldson, Chief Justice of the Iowa Supreme
Court. He has appeared in all Iowa state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, the United States Tax Court, and the
Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
He is a Master in the C. Edwin Moore American Inns of Court, a Fellow of the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers and
a member of the Polk County, Iowa State and American Bar Associations. |
