Kristy M. Latta was born in Sioux City, Iowa. She received her B.A. with distinction
from The University of Iowa in 2002 and her J.D. with high honors from Drake University Law School in 2005. While
in law school, she served on the Drake Law Review. She is a member of the Order of the Coif.
She was admitted to the Iowa Bar in 2005 and served as a judicial law clerk to Justice David S. Wiggins of the
Iowa Supreme Court from 2005 to 2006. She joined the Public Finance department of the Firm in 2006. She is a member
of the Polk County, Iowa State, and American Bar Associations, as well as a member of the National Association
of Bond Lawyers. |
