David H. LuginbillDavid H. Luginbill was born in South Bend, Indiana. He received his B.A. in 1973 from the University of Iowa and his J.D. with honors in 1976 from Drake University. At Drake he was a member of Order of the Coif, National Order of the Barristers, National Moot Court Team, and Case Notes Editor of the Drake University Law Review, 1975-76.

He was admitted to the Iowa Bar in 1976. He is the Chair of the Firm's General Litigation department. He is also an authorized Mediator of the American Academy of ADR attorneys. He is admitted to practice before all Iowa Courts, the U. S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa.

He is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, American Board of Trial Advocates, Defense Research Institute, the Iowa Defense Counsel (Board of Directors), Polk County, Iowa State and American Bar Associations (Litigation and ADR Sections).
